Although high school mathematics, during instruction and assessment,
sometimes short-changes reasoning and proof, they can furnish a revealing portrait of students' understanding. Participants will evaluate samples of students'  logical arguments and proofs from algebra, geometry, and number theory and explore strategies that promote reasoning and proof.
