This study investigates how dilemma, critical reflection, and rational discourse affect middle and secondary teachers’ reasoning about center. Framed by transformation theory, the study highlights how teachers’ engagement with PD activities focused on these elements can enhance teachers’ understandings of traditionally problematic content.
