Description of Presentation:
Understanding the significance of teacher efficacy in the undergraduate mathematics classroom, the aim of this study is to examine the impact pedagogical preparation, teaching experience and career plans have on teaching assistants' efficacy. This correlational study uses an ex-post facto design in order to evaluate the aforementioned variables.
