Learning is an active process. When children "learn by doing" they develop intuition, improved critical thinking abilities, and higher self-esteem. With the use of virtual manipulative in apps, the interaction can be adapted for each child based on motor, sensory, or cognitive abilities while allowing immediate and transparent assessment.
