We will explore a partnership between an elementary school and a university faculty member that led to a coaching experience greatly influenced by the 3 Rs: relationships, relevance, and rigor. We will also address how coaching efforts impacted teacher thinking, teacher leadership, and instructional practice in the teaching of mathematics.
