Should I give an assessment OF learning or FOR learning? Secondary mathematics instruction so often focuses on the "end game"—what did the students learn during a particular unit? How do I know they learned each objective? This workshop will explore varied assessment practices in the math classroom, with shifting thinking from OF to FOR.
