What is an infinite series and why are they important? Students can work with them, but do the kids understand what the things ARE? Combine history with arithmetic, analysis and tech, and symbolic representation to develop a visceral understanding of what a series is and why they are ever so cool, including the tricky ideas of error and convergence.
