Participants will learn how a Preview Model was implemented in Wayland, Massachusetts, for students who struggle in math. The model preteaches math concepts prior to the actual instruction in the class. Students in the program showed a stronger foundation for concepts as well as greater confidence in employing math skills. Participants will work in teams to brainstorm how their school can implement a "preview" model.
