Need help managing your stress? Want to learn how to slow down during the fast pace of today's society? Come learn breath awareness and mindfulness meditation I use in my own math classroom and when teaching yoga to athletes to help instill a sense of calmness in pressure situations. We will also learn some basic yoga postures and discuss the connection between breath and movement. Come with an open mind ready to take time out of your day for yourself.
