Effective mathematics teachers help students become positive participants in class; they do not concentrate on misbehavior. We will share and learn about strategies to identify, clarify and teach specific mathematical behaviors, based on Common Core Mathematical Practices. These strategies will support all students by helping them actively engage with mathematics.
