At Western Governors Universtiy (WGU) we have a disaggregated faculty model, where instruction and assessment are performed by different faculty who have limited contact. I will outline this model, share details on our assessment/instruction paradigm, and focus on aspects of our model which might be adapted for traditional faculty models.
