Four related studies examine survey data, background interviews, and planning interviews to explore teachers’ perceptions and uses of curriculum materials with respect to the CCSSM, especially the Mathematical Practices. The studies further examine instructional supports and the impact of high stakes assessment and teacher evaluation systems.
