We present a research-derived framework for rich discourse in teacher collaborative workgroups. Rich discourse involves connecting teaching, students and mathematics in complex ways. The work stands to contribute to the increasingly widespread practice of teacher collaboration, as well as mathematics coaching and workgroup facilitation.
