Description:
This session uses the teaching practices of a seventh grade mathematics teacher in a unit on adding and subtracting integers to examine intersections among the NCTM Process Standards, the Standards for Mathematical Practice in the Common Core State Standards for Mathematics, and characteristics of multidimensional mathematics teaching.
